Shipping policy
All products are made to order at our production facility in Bursa, Turkey, and shipped worldwide. Your order timeline has two separate parts: production time (which we commit to) and shipping/transit time (handled by the carrier).
1. Production and dispatch time
As every product is custom-made, we produce your order and hand it to the carrier within 10-15 business days. Shipping/transit time is not included in this figure. Production time may vary with order size and specifications; for large or bulk orders, we confirm the expected timeline with you before starting production.
2. Shipping / transit time (additional, not included above)
Once handed to the carrier, delivery time depends on the destination country and carrier - it is additional to the production time above and is not guaranteed. As a rough guide:

Transit times are estimates only. Customs processing, remote destinations, weather, and carrier delays may extend delivery and are outside our control.
3. Shipping costs
Return and delivery shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and order size.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
5. Tracking and inspection
We email a tracking number once your order ships. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage to support@varolpack.com (see our Refund and Return Policy).
